Terms and policies

Terms and conditions

What you need to know before ordering, paying and starting work.

Last updated:

Service scope

We provide legitimate research support. Review each service's scope, deliverables, exclusions, and requirements before you order or accept a quotation. We do not guarantee publication, acceptance, grades, or specific research outcomes.

Orders and quotations

An order is created before payment. Accepting a quotation creates an order for its defined scope; it does not mean payment is complete. Prices, any tax, and the final total are shown before you accept.

Payment and starting work

You pay on Stream Pay’s secure checkout page. Work starts after your payment is verified and the required materials are received. Delivery time is the range shown on each service, and delivery happens through the agreed communication channel.

Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation and refunds policy explains when you can get a refund.

Service provider and contact

Service provider: MedXResearch, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Cancellation and refunds

When you can cancel and get a refund, and how.

Last updated:

Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel your order before work starts, we refund the full amount.

After work starts

Once work has started, we do not give refunds, unless we cannot deliver the service. In that case, we refund the full amount. We do not give partial refunds.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stream Pay. How long the refund takes to reach you depends on your bank.

How to cancel

Email support@medxresearch.com with your order reference.

Payment status

Your order record is updated after we verify the payment with Stream Pay. Returning from the payment page alone does not prove a payment or a refund. Payment status is shown separately from project progress.

Privacy notice

The data we ask for, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we request

Our forms ask for your name, email, mobile number, and country, your institution if you choose, and a general, non-sensitive description of your request. We use this information to contact you and to manage requests, quotations, orders, and payments. There are no customer accounts and no public order history.

What we do not request

Do not send patient data, identity numbers, login details, or clinical files. File uploads are not available. Stream Pay handles payment details on its secure checkout page; we never ask for your card details. To create your payment, we share your name, language preference, order reference, and amount with Stream Pay, but not your email address or mobile number.

Private links

Your order or quotation link is private and opens only that order or quotation. Keep it safe. Sending contact details does not prove you own the email address or phone number, and it does not give access to earlier orders. Marketing consent is optional and separate.

Data controller and retention

Data controller: MedXResearch, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Contact: support@medxresearch.com

We keep order and payment records for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Contact messages and quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. We use service providers for hosting, payments, and email.

Your data requests

To access, correct, or delete your data, email support@medxresearch.com. We reply within 30 days.

Research integrity

Our commitment to honest research, and what we refuse to do.

Legitimate, responsible support

Work supports understanding, methods, analysis, review, editing and writing within an agreed scope, and writing support is acknowledged in the manuscript. Researchers remain responsible for data accuracy, methods, interpretation, required approvals, and transparent disclosure of contributions.

Services we do not provide

We do not fabricate data or results, sell authorship, misrepresent contributions, or guarantee publication, acceptance, grades, or indexing. Contribution and authorship statements must reflect actual work and applicable requirements.

Protecting participants

Do not send credentials or clinical files. Describe research needs in general, non-sensitive terms. Any separate approved delivery process must be agreed before work begins.
