Systematic Review Starter Package
Start your systematic review on solid ground: a feasibility assessment, then the protocol, then a tested search strategy, for less than ordering them separately.
From your question to a tested strategy: we build searches for each database, test the results and refine them before delivery.
We select keywords, synonyms and controlled vocabulary and build a search for each agreed database. We then run trial searches, review sample results, check that your key studies are retrieved and revise the searches as needed.
You receive the final searches and a report of tests and changes. Exporting all results is a separate service.
A service with a defined scope and fixed price can be added to your cart. If the scope is variable or unclear, request a quote and review it before accepting it.
The estimated delivery period begins after payment is verified and the required non-sensitive materials are received and approved through the agreed communication channel. Each service defines its requirements.

This website does not accept research files or patient data. Keep form submissions general and non-sensitive. Any necessary communication process is agreed after review.
After you place your order, we email you a link to your private order page. There you can see each stage of the work and its date, what we need from you, and our latest notes, and we email you whenever the stage changes. If you lose the link, open "Track your order" at the bottom of any page and enter your email and order number, and we'll send the link to the email on your order.

We turn your research question into a ready search strategy for each database, with syntax checks before delivery.
We review and test your existing strategy in the required databases, then revise it to reduce the risk of missing key studies.
