We check the journal's administrative requirements, write the cover letter and enter author-approved details. We then submit to one journal through the corresponding author's account, with their authorization.

Decisions and declarations stay with the authors. You receive the submission confirmation and manuscript ID if issued, and we handle administrative queries about this submission during the agreed period.

Should I choose a service or request a quote?

A service with a defined scope and fixed price can be added to your cart. If the scope is variable or unclear, request a quote and review it before accepting it.

When does project work begin?

The estimated delivery period begins after payment is verified and the required non-sensitive materials are received and approved through the agreed communication channel. Each service defines its requirements.

Is publication or manuscript acceptance guaranteed?

No. Publication, acceptance, and assessment decisions belong to the relevant institutions. We do not guarantee publication, grades, or research outcomes.

Can I send research files or patient information here?

This website does not accept research files or patient data. Keep form submissions general and non-sensitive. Any necessary communication process is agreed after review.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, we email you a link to your private order page. There you can see each stage of the work and its date, what we need from you, and our latest notes, and we email you whenever the stage changes. If you lose the link, open "Track your order" at the bottom of any page and enter your email and order number, and we'll send the link to the email on your order.
